How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific ship the same business day; orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days from the day we ship. Need it sooner? Choose 2-day or overnight at checkout.
What is your return policy?
60-day risk-free returns on every product, including sale items. Free return shipping on all U.S. orders. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Kharisvie ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Subscribe to our list for updates when we open international shipping.
Are your tools dual-voltage?
Most Kharisvie corded tools — hair stylers, body devices, and LED rejuvenation panels — are dual-voltage 110–240V and travel-ready. Each product page lists exact voltage specs. Adapters are not included.
What is the warranty on tools?
Two-year manufacturer warranty on all Kharisvie tools — hair, body, and LED rejuvenation — against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered. Register your device at the product page for warranty tracking.
Are LED rejuvenation devices safe to use at home?
Yes. Our LED rejuvenation panels use clinically-studied red and near-infrared wavelengths at intensities appropriate for daily home use. The devices include built-in eye protection guidance and automatic timers. Read the included instructions before first use, and consult your dermatologist if you have photosensitivity, are pregnant, or take photosensitizing medications.
How often should I use LED treatments?
For most users, 10–20 minute sessions 3–5 times per week produce visible results within 4–8 weeks. More frequent use does not accelerate results. Each LED product page lists its specific recommended cadence based on wavelength and intensity.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment partners — we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped yet, email support@kharisvie.com within an hour of placing it and we will do our best to update or cancel. Once shipped, you can return for a full refund using our 60-day policy.
How do I track my order?
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the day your order leaves our facility. Log in to your account anytime to view your full order history.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Kharisvie does not test on animals, and we do not sell into markets that require animal testing.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We include a Kharisvie branded box on every order at no extra cost. We don’t offer custom gift wrap or personalized notes yet.
Do you have a stylist or professional discount?
Yes. Licensed cosmetologists, barbers, and licensed estheticians receive 20% off all tools. Email support@kharisvie.com with a copy of your license for enrollment.
My tool stopped working. What do I do?
Email support@kharisvie.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If your tool is under warranty, we replace it at no charge. If outside warranty, we offer a 30% replacement discount.
