Fast U.S. shipping, free over $99. Sixty-day risk-free returns on everything, including sale items.

Shipping

Free standard shipping over $99

Orders over $99 ship free anywhere in the United States. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $7.95. We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), U.S. territories, and PO boxes.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the day we ship.

Expedited options

At checkout, choose 2-day shipping ($14.95) or overnight ($24.95). Both options exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Cutoff for same-day expedited shipping is 12 PM Pacific.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground — the carrier is chosen based on destination and weight.

International shipping

Kharisvie ships to U.S. addresses only for now. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates when we expand internationally.


Returns

60-day risk-free returns

Every Kharisvie product is returnable for any reason within 60 days of delivery. We don’t ask why.

Free return shipping

We cover return shipping on all U.S. orders. Email support@kharisvie.com with your order number and we send a prepaid USPS or FedEx label within one business day.

What’s eligible

Everything. Sale items, opened items, used items — all returnable within the 60-day window. No restocking fee, ever.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund posts.

Exchanges

Free exchanges within 60 days. Email support@kharisvie.com — we send a prepaid return label for the original and ship your replacement at no charge.

Lost or damaged in transit

Contact support@kharisvie.com within 14 days of expected delivery if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all. We replace it at no charge and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
